Tiffany Kelley, M.S.Ed. , is the Associate Head of School at Pembroke Hill School, in Kansas City, Missouri. She spent the first 15 years of her career working directly with students as an early childhood instructor. With a background rooted in the philosophy of Reggio Emilia she has a deep understanding of early childhood education and child development, birth to 18 years. She has extensive experience in instructional technology, curriculum design and instructional coaching. After 18 years of working directly with students, she transitioned to a full time administrative role. While working with students of all ages was incredibly rewarding, she has found her true life’s work in partnering with teachers and administrators in supporting their professional learning and growth. As a school leader, she supports faculty in the implementation of research-based strategies that promote active student engagement in the learning process
